This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and us, TRIBALUDIC, and governs your use of the application called "Truths and Challenges" made available for use on smartphones and other electronic devices (the “App”). This Agreement governs your use of the App including any updates to, or supplements or replacements for, the App, unless separate terms accompany such updates, supplements or replacements, in which case the separate terms will apply. To use the App, you must accept this Agreement, so please read it carefully.

If you click on a link to a third party site, including on an advertisement, an Ad company, or other service provider, you will leave the App you are using and go to the site you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties or other service providers, we cannot accept responsibility for any use of your personal information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as TRIBALUDIC. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other service provider from whom you request services.

TRIBALUDIC respect the privacy rights of our application users and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about you. Any product (Video Game) developed by TRIBALUDIC does not directly collect personal information of the user, the only information that the user enters in our applications are the data of credit cards, which are managed by the services of Google Play and Apple Store. GPS information is used by Google AdMob advertising services that use our applications, and are used for the sole purpose of displayed the Ads content based on their region and language.

The personal data you provide us will be used to process and manage the services you have requested from us at all times (including, but not limited to, answering questions, participating in blogs and/or in the forum, participating in promotions, receiving newsletters).

The Sites are not intended for children under 14 years of age. In general TRIBALUDIC does not register any users either on the website or in the application. By using any portion of the Sites, you represent that you are not under 14 years of age. 

The social media websites or other third party websites or services that offer our applications may have different minimum age requirements. We recommend that you independently review the privacy policies and terms of use posted on such third party websites or services in order to ensure that you also meet their minimum age requirements. 

This Privacy Policy and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Ecuador. 

The Ecuadorian Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy or its subject-matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

Its content may change in the future so that it can be adapted to new legal requirements or the new ways in which we may use your personal information.
